In addition to being a premier provider of Obstetrics, Dr. Harter is also a skilled Gynecological surgeon, specializing in minimally invasive hysterectomy, sterilization, endometrial ablation, and vaginal reconstruction. Dr. Harter is a local boy. Both he and his wife were raised in Las Vegas. His three children were all born in Nevada. He received his bachelor’s degree from the University of Nevada. He also received his medical degree from the University Of Nevada School Of Medicine. He completed his residency training in Obstetrics and Gynecology at Wright State University in Ohio. He is currently board certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology (ABOG) and is a Fellow of the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology.

His residencies were spent at American University of Beirut, Lebanon, followed by Riverside Regional Medical Center in Newport News, Virginia. Dr. Elkhoury received a certificate in Safety, Quality, Informatics and Leadership (SOIL) from Harvard Medical School in April 2019. He is board certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology and has been in practice for over a decade. He’s currently pursuing his Master of Science in Medical Education through Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine. Dr. Elkhoury’s academic and clinical pursuits make him a skilled clinician who can manage many gynecologic and obstetrical concerns. His education in advanced laparoscopy and pelvic reconstruction surgery prepares him to help the unique needs of females. Dr. Elkhoury’s philosophy is as much a physician as he is an advocate for his patients. Since he speaks Arabic, French and Lithuanian in addition to English, he can communicate to many patients. Dr. Tyler optimizes the most current and minimally invasive technologies to optimize female health and care. In his free time, he enjoys living an active lifestyle and embraces health and wellness in all forms. He accomplishes his goal of living a healthy lifestyle in various ways and lists cycling, skiing, and yoga as a big part of his fitness regimen. Dr. Tyler received his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine from Chicago College of Osteopathic Medicine and completed residency at Cook County Hospital in Chicago. He is a fellow of the American College of Obstetrics/Gynecology and affiliated with the American Medical Association, the North American Menopause Society, the American Association of Gynecologic Laparoscopists, the National Medical Association, and the American Society for Colposcopy and Cervical Pathology. She has been a practicing midwife since 2014. The best part of her job, in her opinion, is seeing everyone filled with emotion as a new baby is born. She says it never gets old seeing the joy, wonder, and excitement a new baby brings to people. Ms. Wagner strives to make her patients comfortable by truly listening to them and their concerns. She believes listening allows her to create a genuine connection with her patient. Ms. Wagner is also able to empathize and relate to patients through being a mom. She’s found that humor is sometimes a great way to make patients smile and help them connect as well. Ms. Wagner sees health is more than just physical; it’s a combination of spiritual, social, mental, emotional, and physical components. If she wasn’t practicing medicine, Ms. Wagner would be an architect, engineer, or work in dance, music or fiber art. A fun fact about Ms. Wagner is that she owned her own long-arm quilting business and has co-authored a quilting book. In her free time, Ms. Wagner enjoys journaling, being outside in nature, exercise, yoga, and spending time with her family and friends. Mrs. Gartin has years of experience delivering babies in both a hospital setting and freestanding birth center, leading her to work diligently to bridge the art and science behind midwifery. When she is not busy working in the clinic, Mrs. Gartinenjoys spending time exploring all of the natural beauty that surrounds Las Vegas with her husband and two boys that still live at home. Mrs. Gartin earned her Master of Science in Nursing from Frontier Nursing University in Hyden, Kentucky. Providing a safe environment for women to feel supported and cared for has always been a high priority for Dr. Taylor. When she is not traveling on a jet plane, Dr. Taylor can be found hitting the pavement. She is an avid runner and has completed three full marathons, three half marathons and has climbed Mount Kilimanjaro. Dr. Taylor obtained her undergraduate and master’s degree at Cornell University and Yale School of Public Health respectively, then moved to Boston to attend Harvard Medical School. Upon graduation, she traveled to Chicago and completed her residency in obstetrics and gynecology, and then went on to complete her fellowship in minimally invasive gynecology at Las Vegas Minimally Invasive Surgery. She also completed her Focused Practice Designation in Minimally Invasive Gynecologic Surgery (MIGS).
