Dr. Mahfoud Beajow is an internal medicine physician who has enjoyed a long and respected medical career in Southern Nevada. At HealthCare Partners Nevada, Dr. Beajow specializes in working with older adults as a myGeneration Senior Clinic doctor. Dr. Beajow’s medical education began in Damascus, Syria where he received his medical degree from Damascus University School of Medicine. He moved to the U.S. to complete his residency in Internal Medicine at Michigan State University’s McLaren Regional Medical Center in Flint, Michigan. Board certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine and a fellow of the American College of Physicians, Dr. Beajow is a highly-regarded clinician and published academic. He has been recognized by his peers, patients and students. Some of his awards include Outstanding Community Professor by the University of Nevada School of Medicine Class of 2016, and the 2010 Outstanding Community Physician by the University of Nevada School of Medicine Class of 2010. Dr. Beajow has many interests and talents. He loves to hike outdoors and he also loves to read, especially anything historical. Dr. Beajow co-authored a book with his brother in Arabic about their hometown.
