Dr. Christina Henry practiced family medicine for five years before joining Intermountain Healthcare. Growing up watching her cousins who were physicians and the difference they made in people’s lives made her want to practice medicine.
Dr. Henry enjoys developing senior care plans for patients with diabetes, HTN, and COPD and witnessing the positive changes in their outlook and demeanor that come as they undergo treatment.
Dr. Henry earned her BS from Madras Christian College in Chennai, India, and her Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) from Touro University in Henderson. She also holds a Master of Public Administration degree with Concentration in Healthcare from UNLV. She is licensed by the Nevada State Board of Osteopathic Medicine and the American Osteopathic Board of Family Physicians.
Dr. Henry supports Christian missionary organizations in India that run schools, orphanages, and hospitals. In her spare time, she enjoys cooking, reading, gardening, and spending time with family.
