Caprice Hutchison brings more than two decades of nursing experience to her position as a primary care provider with Intermountain Healthcare. She enjoys seeing patients all day, and has found her calling specializing in senior care for older adults.
Before she entered medicine, Mrs. Hutchison worked as a mail carrier for 10 years in Redlands, California. She began her nursing career as a staff nurse for 10 years at the St. Bernardine Medical Center in San Bernardino, and then became a family nurse practitioner (FNP) in Yucaipa. Moving to Nevada, she worked as a nurse practitioner (NP) with Nevada Neurological Consultants in Henderson, an NP with the Clark County Detention Center, an intensive care unit (ICU) nurse with University Medical Center in Las Vegas for seven years, and most recently as an adult medicine NP with Southwest Medical Associates.
She earned her master of science in nursing (MSN) degree from University of California, Los Angeles where she graduated as a family nurse practitioner. She also holds a bachelor of science in nursing (BSN) degree from California State University in San Bernardino.
In her spare time, Mrs. Hutchison enjoys cooking, Zumba, gardening, and spending time with her grandchildren.
