Art Roo Saberola’s parents and sister, wife, and in-laws are all doctors. He had always wanted to be in the medical field, and he joined Intermountain Health in 2020 after four years of nursing and three years of physician practice.
Mr. Saberola enjoys his role as a primary care provider and strives to provide affordable, quality treatment for lifestyle diseases and make patients aware of preventive and screening programs.
Mr. Saberola is a licensed physician in the Philippines and a board certified family nurse practitioner in the United States. He earned his medical degree from Manila Central University College of Medicine and his bachelor of science in nursing (BSN) from Adventist University. He is board certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. Before joining Intermountain to specialize in senior care, Mr. Saberola worked as a surgeon on duty and emergency room physician on duty in several hospitals in the Philippines and authored several professional articles and research papers.
Mr. Saberola’s humanitarian endeavors include volunteering and organizing medical-surgical missions in the Philippines with his family. His hobbies include sports, outdoor activities, and singing in a choir that has won international competitions.
