A ribbon-cutting, VIP tour, and demonstration of state-of-the-art technologies, will be held on Thursday, July 25, at 6 p.m., to mark the grand opening of a first-of-its-kind comprehensive care center that will serve the needs of both traditional and medically-vulnerable women throughout Southern Nevada.
NEWS MEDIA ARE INVITED.
The HealthCare Partners Nevada Women’s Health Center represents the culmination of a five-year vision to establish a comprehensive and centralized facility to provide care to women throughout their lives. Medical specialties housed at the new center include obstetrics, gynecology, perinatology (high-risk pregnancy), urogynecology, minimally-invasive gynecologic surgery (including robotics), as well as advanced fetal monitoring.
Las Vegas Mayor Carolyn Goodman will join HealthCare Partners Nevada leaders President Mark Price and Chief Clinical Officer Dr. Warren Volker, along with local dignitaries, in opening the new center.
“Not only is our Women’s Health Center an academic-based medical center that is training future OB/GYNs in collaboration with HCA Sunrise Hospital, but our resident program is helping us serve the needs of women in medically-underserved communities in Southern Nevada,” said Dr. Volker.
HealthCare Partners Nevada, an Intermountain Healthcare company, is a multi-specialty medical practice with 59 clinics throughout Southern Nevada.
