Honored for Providing Excellent Patient Care

Intermountain Healthwas awarded the coveted Elite award from America’s Physician Groups (APG) for outstanding Standards of Excellence™ survey results for the second time!

The Standards of Excellence™ (SOE®) survey is offered to more than 300 APG members in 44 states, the District of Columbia, and Puerto Rico. This year, 122 organizations participated in the survey, and our team was among the 81 groups to receive the Elite honor.

APG is the nation’s leading association for organizations focused on capitated, coordinated care. Provider groups that receive the Elite distinction go above and beyond to provide effective, high-value, patient-centered care that aligns with national quality standards, excelling in six areas: Care Management Practices, Information Technology, Accountability and Transparency, Patient-Centered Care, Group Support of Advanced Primary Care, and Administrative and Financial Capability.

A special thank you to the caregivers involved in the data collection and reporting for our SOE survey submission. Special recognition and thanks go to Olive Palmer for her diligence and thoroughness in this process!
